Job Title: Genesys Cloud Developer / Genesys Tech Lead

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Design and configure Genesys Cloud CX architecture
• Develop and maintain IVR, call flows, secure flows, and bots
• Implement CTI integrations and omnichannel solutions
• Work with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML payloads
• Develop automation using JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell
• Integrate third-party systems using OAuth and RESTful services
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Genesys Cloud
• Collaborate with business and technical teams for solution design and BPR activities

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX (PureCloud)
• IVR design & call flow development
• REST / SOAP APIs, Web Services
• JavaScript (must-have)
• CI/CD and DevOps experience in Genesys Cloud
• CTI & contact center domain knowledge

Nice to Have:

• Genesys Tech Lead experience
• BPR exposure
• Python / PowerShell scripting

Important Details:

·         Employment Type: Contract

·         Work Location: Cary, NC (100% Onsite – Day 1)

·         Target Bill Rate: $53/hr – $58/hr

·         Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
