Job Summary:
· 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital marketing, e-commerce, or website management.
· Strong understanding of WordPress CMS and web content management workflows.
· Experience working with digital marketing teams and campaign management.
· Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
· Experience creating user stories, process flows, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (written and verbal).
· Familiarity with Microsoft Azure environments and website migration concepts is a plus.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
