Schedule:- Training: 4-6 weeks onsite (Mon-Fri, 8 AM-5 PM)
- After training: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
OverviewWe're hiring a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to audit and process retail and lease contracts. This role ensures accuracy, completeness, and compliance to support contract funding for dealerships.
Key Responsibilities- Audit lease and retail contracts for accuracy and completeness
- Identify discrepancies and validate supporting documentation
- Ensure compliance with state and company requirements
- Input data into internal systems with high accuracy
- Verify financial calculations
- Communicate with dealerships and internal teams
Qualifications- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's preferred
- 1+ year in accounting, business, or administrative roles
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of lease/retail contracts is a plus

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
