Location: Austin, TX – Hybrid (2 Days Onsite: Monday & Wednesday)
Work Schedule: 3 Days Remote / 2 Days Onsite

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Systems Analyst 3 with strong full-stack application development experience using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, and FastAPI. The candidate will design, develop, and support secure enterprise web applications, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of full-stack web application development experience.

  • Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, and FastAPI.

  • Experience with Terraform and AWS cloud services.

  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

  • Experience developing secure enterprise portals and applications.

  • Knowledge of cloud integrations, data platforms, and event-driven architecture.

  • Experience with Git, GitHub, CI/CD, DevSecOps, automated testing, and production deployments.

  • Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare data privacy/security compliance.

  • Healthcare or Public Health application development experience preferred.

  • Docker and Kubernetes experience is a plus.

  • Exposure to AWS HealthLake and Snowflake is preferred.
