Lead Guidewire Claim Center Integration Developer

• We are seeking a Lead Guidewire Claim Center Integration Developer to lead the design, development, and support of integration solutions within Guidewire ClaimCenter.
• This role involves overseeing multiple development teams, driving technical delivery, and ensuring scalable and efficient integration architectures in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, delivery, and support of Guidewire ClaimCenter integrations and services.
• Oversee multiple development and maintenance teams across concurrent technical workstreams.
• Manage onshore and offshore teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Ensure stability and performance of production Guidewire platforms and integration ecosystems.

Requirement/Must Have:

• Strong experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter integration and configuration development.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations.
• Expertise in Guidewire APIs, data model, and integration frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Java, GOSU, J2EE, XML, Web Services, and relational databases.
• Strong leadership experience managing distributed teams.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevSecOps practices.
• Guidewire ClaimCenter ACE Certification.

Experience:

• Extensive IT experience with significant hands-on experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter.
• Experience delivering multiple end-to-end implementations in the insurance domain.
• Proven experience supporting production systems and integration environments.

Should Have:

• Experience with Guidewire Cloud migration.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Strong domain knowledge in Property and Casualty insurance, preferably commercial insurance.

Skills:

• Guidewire ClaimCenter development and integration.
• Programming languages including Java and GOSU.
• Web services and XML-based integrations.
• Database management and SQL.
• CI/CD tools and DevSecOps practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Qualification And Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
