We are seeking a senior-level Technical Business Analyst / Project Lead who operates comfortably at the intersection of HR operations, enterprise systems, compliance, and platform optimization. This is a high-impact role supporting modernization initiatives within a complex SAP-driven environment.

This is not a maintenance BA role. This is a modernization initiative requiring someone who can analyze, influence, and lead.

Core Responsibilities

Enterprise HR Systems Leadership

• Analyze and optimize HR business processes within SAP ECC / HRIS environments
• Conduct current-state and future-state gap analysis
• Identify automation opportunities and workflow enhancements
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications

SAP / HRIS Functional & Technical Support

• Support SAP HR modules or equivalent enterprise HRIS platforms
• Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and patch cycles
• Validate requirements and support lifecycle management
• Coordinate testing and deployment activities across teams

Testing & Implementation

• Lead or support unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
• Ensure minimal disruption during production rollouts
• Validate data accuracy and system stability post-implementation

Data Integrity, Reporting & Analytics

• Develop enterprise reporting and dashboards using SAP tools, Excel, and Power BI
• Support HR audit and compliance reporting
• Strengthen data governance and reporting reliability
• Identify inconsistencies across systems and implement corrective solutions

Security & Compliance Alignment

• Support IT security and risk management practices
• Align HR systems with NIST-based information security frameworks
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and data privacy standards such as HIPAA and FLSA

Project Leadership

• Develop and manage project documentation including scope, WBS, schedules, and lessons learned
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and executive status reporting
• Support risk management and change management activities
• Drive collaboration across HR, Finance, IT, and operational leadership

Required Experience

• 5+ years analyzing, documenting, and improving business and system processes
• 5+ years working with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HR, or equivalent enterprise HRIS
• Experience supporting HR and Payroll operations in regulated environments
• Strong documentation experience including SOPs and technical guides
• Experience working within compliance-driven frameworks

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to NIST information security standards
• Enterprise IT implementation or large system migration experience
• Reporting and dashboard development using SAP reporting tools or Power BI
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft collaboration tools such as Excel, Visio, SharePoint, and Teams
