Job Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Lead Architect to design and lead enterprise-wide Business Intelligence and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will drive BI strategy, data modeling, reporting architecture, and governance frameworks while working closely with business stakeholders and data engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities: 

Lead the design and architecture of scalable BI solutions using Power BI.

Define enterprise data models, semantic layers, and reporting standards.

Architect and optimize complex DAX calculations, data transformations, and performance tuning strategies.

Design and implement data integration frameworks leveraging Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, Data Lake, and other cloud/on-prem data sources.

Establish governance, security, and best practices for Power BI workspaces, datasets, and deployments.

Lead and mentor BI developers, data analysts, and cross-functional teams.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable dashboards and executive-level reports.

Oversee deployment pipelines, DevOps practices, and CI/CD processes for BI solutions.

Ensure compliance with data security, regulatory, and enterprise architecture standards.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, with 5+ years in Power BI architecture and development.

Strong expertise in data modeling (Star/Snowflake schema) and data warehousing concepts.

Advanced proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL.

Experience integrating Power BI with Azure services (ADF, Synapse, Data Lake).

Hands-on experience with large-scale enterprise BI implementations.

Strong understanding of security models, row-level security (RLS), and governance frameworks.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
