Job Title: PLM Architect
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced PLM Architect to lead the architecture, design, implementation, and modernization of enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in PLM platforms, CAD integrations, enterprise system architecture, and digital engineering transformation.
As a PLM Architect, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, product managers, and solution architects to define scalable, secure, and future-ready PLM ecosystems that support the complete product lifecycle—from concept and design through manufacturing, service, and retirement.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture
- Define enterprise-wide PLM architecture aligned with business and digital transformation strategies.
- Design scalable, secure, and highly available PLM solutions.
- Create architecture blueprints, technical roadmaps, and solution designs.
- Establish architecture standards, governance, and best practices.
- Lead technology selection and architectural decision-making.
PLM Platform Implementation
- Architect and implement enterprise PLM solutions using platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault ENOVIA, Aras Innovator, or Autodesk Vault.
- Design product structures, lifecycle workflows, document management, and configuration management solutions.
- Configure and customize PLM modules based on business requirements.
- Lead PLM upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 12+ years of overall experience.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise PLM implementations.
- 5+ years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and enterprise integration.
- Experience leading large-scale PLM transformation programs.
