Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Workday Consultant with strong expertise in Workday configuration, functional development, and tenant troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have a strong focus on HCM Core and Compensation, with a good understanding of Workday business processes, EIB loads, and security configuration.

The candidate should be proactive in identifying issues, troubleshooting functional challenges, and providing timely resolutions while working closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday tenant functionality, primarily across HCM Core and Compensation.
• Support functional development and enhancements within Workday.
• Configure and maintain Workday business processes.
• Manage and support EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) loads.
• Support compensation-related configurations and processes.
• Manage Workday security roles and access configurations.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve Workday functional and configuration issues.
• Support testing activities and ensure successful implementation of changes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Provide timely support and resolution for Workday-related issues.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday.
• Good knowledge of Workday HCM Core and Compensation.
• Experience in Workday tenant configuration and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Workday business processes and workflows.
• Experience with EIB loads and data management.
• Knowledge of Workday security configuration.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Experience in functional testing and UAT.
• Experience working with JIRA for issue and defect tracking.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
