Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Lead for a long-term contract opportunity with a confidential client in Chicago.
This is a hands-on technical lead role supporting enterprise Oracle HCM Cloud initiatives, including technical design, development, integrations, and enhancements within a large-scale environment.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Lead
- Deep expertise with Oracle HCM Cloud technical architecture and solution design
- Experience with Oracle HCM integrations, extensions, reporting, and technical development
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale Oracle HCM environments
- Ability to lead technical workstreams and collaborate across functional and technical teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- 100% onsite in Chicago, IL
