Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer with 1–6 years of hands-on experience in software development, application design, coding, testing, and debugging. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in programming, object-oriented design, data structures, and software development best practices.
The selected candidate will contribute to building, enhancing, and maintaining reliable software applications while collaborating with engineering teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain software applications.
Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
Analyze technical requirements and translate them into software solutions.
Develop and integrate APIs, backend services, and application components.
Work with relational databases and write SQL queries.
Identify and resolve software defects, performance issues, and technical challenges.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and documentation.
Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders.
Follow established coding standards, security practices, and software development methodologies.
Contribute to continuous improvement of application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Required Qualifications
1–6 years of professional software development experience.
Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, C#, C++, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), data structures, and algorithms.
Experience with software development, debugging, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL, relational databases, and version control systems such as Git.
Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in an on-site or hybrid environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot, .NET, Django, Flask, React, or Angular.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, and API integration.
Experience with automated testing tools, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Kubernetes.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
