Troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, SSL/TLS, authentication, load-balancing, firewall, proxy, and port-related issues.
Trace traffic across applications, servers, middleware, networks, and cloud services to isolate root cause.

Troubleshoot certificates, keystores, trust chains, messaging, and application-integration issues.
Maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting procedures, and operational runbooks.
Required Qualifications
Five or more years of experience in packet analysis, network performance, middleware, infrastructure, or application support.
Strong hands-on experience reading and analyzing IP packets.
Experience with Wireshark, tcpdump, PCAP files, or comparable packet-analysis tools.
Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, SSL/TLS, routing, ports, firewalls, proxies, and load balancers.
Ability to identify latency, packet loss, retransmissions, resets, and failed network connections.
Experience supporting at least one middleware or web-server technology, such as IBM MQ, Tomcat, Apache, NGINX, ActiveMQ, IIS, .NET middleware, or Azure Service Bus.
Experience troubleshooting production incidents in Windows and/or Linux environments.
Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Datadog, NetBrain, LiveNX, Splunk, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics.
Azure or hybrid-cloud experience.
Experience with certificates, PKI, and secure communications.
