.Net Technical Lead

San Antonio, TX(Hybrid)

Deep understanding of resiliency and reliability patterns for application platforms
Strong experience designing event-driven and message-based architectures
Hands-on background with C# / .NET and modern service design
Solid working knowledge of AWS services used for resiliency and messaging
Experience integrating with Appian workflow engine / BPM platform
Experience integrating with and designing resiliency around core processing platforms such as Genesis (or similar backend systems)

Resiliency & reliability engineering

Ability to define and lead chaos engineering practices
Experience identifying failure modes, weak points, and recovery paths across distributed systems
Strong understanding of:
- retry strategies
- dead-letter queues
- replay and reconciliation mechanisms
- partial-failure and dual-system-down scenarios (including Appian and Genesis outages)
