SAP BTP Developer / Technical Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a senior SAP BTP Developer to design, develop, and support cloudnative applications and integrations on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CAP, Fiori/UI5, SAP Integration Suite (CPI), and strong programming skills in Java or Node.js. This role involves extending and integrating S/4HANA and nonSAP systems while ensuring high standards for performance, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain cloud-native applications using SAP BTP, CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model), and Fiori/UI5.
• Develop and manage integrations using SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
• Extend and integrate S/4HANA systems with SAP and nonSAP applications.
• Design and consume REST and OData APIs.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, security, scalability, and compliance standards.
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines for SAP BTP applications.
• Collaborate with business, functional, and enterprise architecture teams to deliver endtoend solutions.
• Follow SAP best practices for cloud development and integration.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Proficiency in Java or Node.js.
• Expertise in CAP, CDS, and Fiori/UI5 development.
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
• Strong knowledge of REST and OData APIs.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Git
  • OAuth
  • SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS)
• Experience integrating S/4HANA and non-SAP systems.

Essential Skills

• Develop and support cloud-native applications and integrations on SAP BTP
• Enable scalable, secure enterprise solutions
• SAP BTP - Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM)

Preferred / Desirable Skills

• SAP BTP Certification
• Experience in Financial Services or Insurance domains
• Exposure to enterprise cloud security and governance standards
• Strong analytical and communication skills
