Amelia Developer (Voice & Chat)

Introduction:

This position is for an experienced developer specializing in voice and chat technologies, with a focus on the Amelia platform (formerly IPsoft). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conversational AI, voicebot development, NLP, and machine learning.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize conversational AI platforms, specifically Amelia, to develop voice and chat capabilities for various applications.
• Design and implement natural, human-like voice conversations for optimal user experience.
• Integrate voice and chat bots with backend systems using APIs such as REST, SOAP, and XML.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with tools like AWS Connect, Servicenow, Jira, and more.
• Develop technical solutions using Python, JSON, and other relevant technologies for IT Ops automation.
• Architect and deploy conversational solutions for customer service and internal IT operations.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Direct experience with the Amelia platform (formerly IPsoft).
• Expertise in voicebot development, including speech-to-text and text-to-speech capabilities.
• Strong background in NLP, intent recognition, and entity extraction.
• Experience integrating bots with backend systems using APIs like REST, SOAP, and XML.
• Proficiency in Python (4+ years preferred) and familiarity with ServiceDesk or IT Ops automation.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AWS Connect, webhooks, ITSM tools like Servicenow, Jira, Rally, and contact center technologies.
• Knowledge of ADS, SSO, LDAP, scripting in Python, JavaScript, and React Js.
• Ability to design and architect conversational solutions for customer service and internal IT.
