Job Title - Business Analysts (Property & Casualty)

Duration - 06+ Months

MOI - Skype then in-person interviews required for the final round

Location - Onsite (Boston or Wood bridge, NJ area)

Education and Experience:

Bachelor s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems or equivalent experience.

15 years of software development including Business Analysis experience on projects where Information Technology was a primary component

10 years of Business Analysis Experience in Property and Casualty Insurance domain.

Detailed understanding of Policy Admin, eCommerce, Billing, Claims and financial applications along with understanding of various third-party integrations like LexisNexis Prefill, CREDIT, MRV, CLUE etc. is a must.

Experience with Web Analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager etc. is a must.

Excellent understanding of Web Service and APIs and familiarity with SQL, XML, HTML, XSLT, JSON etc. along with tools like Postman, REST API and SOAP UI etc. is highly desirable.

Data Management experience, database knowledge preferred, and experience with MS SQL

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Project) strong emphasis on MS Vision (wire frames and workflows)

IIBA - CBAP and AAC Certification a plus.
