Inspiration Global is seeking a skilled EDI Analyst / EDI Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise B2B/EDI integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), along with strong expertise in EDI transaction processing and trading partner integrations.
Location: Remote / Nearshore / Offshore
Key Responsibilities
EDI Development & Integration
Design and develop inbound/outbound EDI integrations
Build and maintain canonical mappings and partner-specific maps
Support EDI transactions such as 850, 855, 856, 810, 940, 944, 945, 204, 210, 214, 310
Integrate EDI systems with platforms like JD Edwards (E1), Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
Trading Partner Management
Onboard and configure trading partners
Manage AS2, SFTP, and secure data exchanges
Support testing, certification, and production deployment
Handle partner updates, enhancements, and decommissioning
Production Support & Monitoring
Monitor EDI transactions and integration flows
Troubleshoot mapping issues, failures, and data discrepancies
Provide L1/L2 support and incident resolution
Participate in on-call support when required
Platform Administration
Manage Sterling B2B Integrator & OIC environments
Support upgrades, patches, and configuration changes
Maintain certificates, keys, and system logs
Ensure security and compliance standards
Architecture & Continuous Improvement
Define integration standards and reusable patterns
Support cloud integration and modernization initiatives
Document designs, workflows, and best practices
Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Participate in project planning and Agile delivery
Work closely with business teams, IT teams, and external partners
Communicate risks, dependencies, and integration impacts
Required Skills & Experience
- 5-8+ years of experience in EDI / B2B Integration
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- IBM Sterling B2B Integrator
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Experience with EDI standards and transaction sets
- Knowledge of AS2, SFTP, and secure integration protocols
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with JD Edwards (E1) or Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
- Exposure to retail or logistics workflows
- Experience in cloud-based integration and modernization
