Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Network Security Analyst II – RSA Archer Specialist to support enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives within a highly secure enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in RSA Archer administration, workflow configuration, REST API integrations, enterprise security operations, and risk management frameworks.

This role requires hands-on experience implementing and supporting Archer platforms, integrating security systems, automating workflows, and collaborating with cybersecurity, compliance, and infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and support the RSA Archer GRC platform
• Design and customize Archer applications, modules, dashboards, questionnaires, and workflows
• Configure advanced workflow processes, notifications, access controls, calculated fields, and data-driven events
• Develop and maintain REST API integrations between Archer and enterprise systems/tools
• Perform Archer platform upgrades, patching, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Create technical documentation, SOPs, workflow diagrams, and operational procedures
• Monitor platform health, performance, and security configurations
• Support reporting, metrics, dashboards, and executive-level risk visibility
• Participate in security assessments, audits, and remediation activities
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and regulatory requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, GRC, or Security Operations
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with RSA Archer Administration & Development
• Strong experience configuring:
  • Archer applications
  • Access controls
  • Advanced workflows
  • Data feeds
  • Questionnaires
  • Dashboards & reports
• Experience with REST API integrations and automation
• Strong understanding of:
  • Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
  • Enterprise Security Architecture

• Experience integrating Archer with enterprise tools such as:
  • SIEM
  • IAM
  • Vulnerability Management platforms
  • Ticketing systems
• Knowledge of security frameworks and standards:
  • NIST
  • ISO 27001
  • CIS
  • SOC2
  • PCI-DSS
• Strong SQL/querying and data analysis skills
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced enterprise environment

Preferred Qualifications

• RSA Archer Certification (Preferred/Strongly Desired)
• Security certifications such as:
  • CISSP
  • CISM
  • Security+
  • CRISC
• Experience in government, public sector, or large enterprise environments
• Familiarity with cloud security and hybrid infrastructure environments
• Experience with scripting or automation tools (PowerShell, Python, etc.)

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
