Job Title: Business Analyst II
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Schedule: Hybrid Role (2 Days Onsite a week)
Job Description:
Key responsibilities include the following:
- Requirements Elicitation & Documentation: Identify, define, and document business and technical requirements for moving from legacy systems to new solutions.
- Data Mapping & Transformation: Analyze data sources, identify data fields to be migrated, and map data from source to target systems.
- Process Modeling: Document current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) business processes.
- Gap Analysis: Identify gaps between legacy functionality/data and the new system, proposing solutions for data cleansing or process adjustments.
- Validation & Testing: Define test cases, validate data consistency, and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify successful migration.
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitate workshops, communicate progress, and manage risks with business users and technical teams.
- Documentation & Training: Create user manuals, functional specs, and support training materials for the new system.

| 5 | Required | Experience writing test cases and test scripts. |
| 5 | Required | Experience in testing of batch jobs and web services. |
| 5 | Preferred | Working on projects following Agile Development Methodologies |
