Location: Onshore (USA) – Remote with International Travel

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle EBS SCM Functional Architect to lead a strategic assessment and optimization initiative for a global client. The consultant will evaluate the current Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain environment, identify process improvement opportunities, assess system utilization, and provide recommendations for future-state architecture and operational excellence.

This is a short-term, high-impact consulting engagement requiring strong functional and architectural expertise across Oracle EBS SCM modules, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to conduct workshops with global business teams.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the client''s Oracle EBS Supply Chain landscape.
Evaluate current business processes, system configurations, and operational workflows.
Lead discovery sessions and workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
Analyze gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
Develop future-state recommendations and SCM transformation roadmaps.
Review integrations, reporting requirements, and cross-functional dependencies.
Assess system usage, configuration standards, and business process alignment.
Prepare assessment findings, executive presentations, and architecture recommendations.
Provide strategic guidance on Oracle EBS SCM best practices.
Collaborate with global teams during onsite international workshops and review sessions.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of Oracle EBS SCM experience.
Strong Functional Architect experience across Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules.
Deep expertise in:
Inventory (INV)
Order Management (OM)
Purchasing (PO)
Shipping Execution
Advanced Supply Chain Planning (preferred)
Procurement Processes
Proven experience conducting assessments, health checks, and process reviews.
Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain and Order-to-Cash processes.
Experience leading business workshops and executive stakeholder discussions.
Ability to document current-state and future-state process recommendations.
Strong communication, presentation, and consulting skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with global Oracle EBS deployments and multi-country operations.
Experience supporting supply chain transformation initiatives.
Exposure to Oracle Cloud SCM migration assessments is a plus.
Previous consulting or advisory experience in large enterprise environments.
Oracle certifications preferred.

Additional Details
Remote engagement with approximately 3 weeks of international travel during the project.
14-week assessment-focused engagement.
Immediate availability strongly preferred.
