Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain systems and application components across Windows and Linux environments.

• Gather and document technical requirements, research options, and recommend optimized solutions for new efforts and ongoing application enhancements.

• Perform comprehensive architecture diagramming and proactively remediate security vulnerabilities across applications and servers.

• Troubleshoot, monitor, and support networks, firewalls, and operating systems utilizing advanced analytical and debugging skills.

• Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely (both verbally and in writing) to ensure productivity and alignment across multiple teams.

Required Skills & Experience

5–7 Years of Experience Required In:

• OS Administration: Installing, configuring, and supporting Windows Server (2016 and later) and Linux (RHEL 7.0 and above).

• Infrastructure & Tools: Working with Tomcat, IIS, MS SQL Management Studio, Dynatrace (or similar debugging tools), XML, and PowerShell.

• Identity & Security: Configuring Single Sign-On (SSO) protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID.

• Networking & Architecture: Navigating LAN/WAN setups, Firewalls, IoT, and generating technical architecture documentation using Visio or Azure DevOps.

• Analysis & Support: Troubleshooting advanced application and server issues, managing monitoring systems, and performing targeted vulnerability remediation.

3–5 Years of Experience Required In:

• Cloud Infrastructure: Implementing and configuring applications specifically within Azure Cloud (experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform is also beneficial).

• Modernization: Utilizing core Azure services, containerization technologies, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
