We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) Senior Consultant to support and optimize an Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation landscape. The consultant will serve as the onsite functional lead, driving planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and integration initiatives between Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle EPM Cloud. The role requires strong stakeholder management, solution architecture expertise, governance oversight, and the ability to lead global teams across support, enhancements, and transformation programs.

responsibilities:
- Act as the onsite SPOC for Oracle EPBCS-related activities and engage with Finance, FP&A, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Lead design, configuration, and support of Oracle EPBCS modules including Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Workforce Planning, Capital Planning, and Project Financial Planning.
- Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate requirements into scalable EPM solutions.
- Manage integrations between Oracle Fusion ERP and EPBCS using Data Management, EPM Integration Agent, EDMCS, FDMEE, and OIC.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles, forecast submissions, and budget consolidations.
- Drive application enhancements, process improvements, and adoption of Oracle EPM best practices.
- Lead troubleshooting of complex production issues and provide L3 support for EPBCS applications.
- Develop and review business rules, calculation scripts, forms, dashboards, Smart View templates, and reporting solutions.
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and hypercare activities.
- Provide governance, risk management, stakeholder reporting, and executive-level status updates.
- Mentor offshore team members and ensure delivery quality across support and enhancement engagements.
- Collaborate with Oracle and internal technical teams for product issues, patch assessments, and quarterly updates.
