Job Title: PeopleSoft Treasury Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term
 
Overview
We are looking for a Treasury consultant to support an upcoming PeopleSoft Treasury project for an existing, long-standing client. The consultant will join early, during presales and scoping, and continue into delivery once the project is awarded. This is a direct opportunity with an established customer, not an RFP.
Responsibilities
* Support presales and scoping: requirements discussions, solution design input, effort estimates, and scope definition
* Configure daily cash positioning dashboards that combine AP, AR, and GL data to project short-term and long-term liquidity
* Automate import, parsing, and processing of electronic bank statements (BAI2, SWIFT MT940/MT942)
* Set up and maintain bank reconciliation auto-matching rules, tolerance rules, and clearing accounts to resolve discrepancies efficiently
* Manage PeopleSoft Financial Gateway as the secure communication hub for EFT, positive pay, and bank file integrations
* Advise on corporate liquidity cycles, cash pooling structures, and bank connectivity
* Document configuration, test, and support transition to the client team
 
Required Qualifications
* Hands-on PeopleSoft Treasury experience (Cash Management, Bank Reconciliation, Financial Gateway)
* Strong experience with cash positioning and cash forecasting setup
* Experience with bank statement formats and payment files: BAI2, SWIFT MT940/MT942, ISO 20022
* Experience with auto-reconciliation rules, tolerances, and clearing accounts
* Working knowledge of PeopleSoft AP, AR, and GL integration with Treasury
* Solid understanding of corporate treasury: liquidity management and cash pooling
* Able to take part in presales, scoping, and client workshops
* Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
 
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in hospitality, gaming, or other large enterprise environments
* Experience with positive pay and bank integrations in a multi-bank setup
* Prior presales or solution scoping experience
* Experience with PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 and Fluid/Cloud Manager environments .
