large-scale transformation initiative, helping deliver seamless user experiences across complex workflows, identity systems, and modern web platforms.
What You'll Do- Design and execute comprehensive test strategies across UI, API, and end-to-end workflows
- Build and maintain automated test suites (UI + API) to ensure scalable, reliable testing
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and rapid feedback
- Perform in-sprint (shift-left) QA, including smoke, regression, and build validation testing
- Validate authentication and identity flows (SSO, MFA, login, migration scenarios)
- Ensure strong test coverage across multiple user journeys and edge cases
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams to:
- Clarify requirements and define acceptance criteria
- Drive defect triage, resolution, and continuous improvement
- Support release readiness and QA sign-offs in staging environments
What You Bring- 5-8+ years of QA engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Test automation frameworks (UI + API)
- API testing tools
- CI/CD integration for automated testing and reporting
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with a shift-left testing mindset
- Solid understanding of:
- Web application testing (React-based UI preferred)
- Backend/API validation (Node.js, microservices)
- Test data management and environment coordination
- Deep knowledge of:
- Authentication (SSO, OAuth, MFA, token-based systems)
- Regression testing strategies and defect tracking

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Newport Beach, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $54.00 - $54.00/hr.
