Sr Associate Clinical Contracts & Budgets

ApTask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Sr Associate Clinical Contracts & Budgets with a pharmaceutical company. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity with our client located in Thousand Oaks, CA. This is a fully remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Support contracting workflows including Confidential Disclosure, Fee-for-Service, and Purchase Orders
• Support resolution of contract and budget issues and maintain tracking in appropriate systems
• Partner with the strategic planning and clinical development teams to execute niche conferences
• Coordinate event logistics including room booking and investigator coordination
• Track sponsorship commitments and provide weekly progress reports
• Support the development of modular materials and contribute to onboarding and communication workflows
• Maintain calendars, support trainings, and assist with travel and events
• Provide information for entry into various systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience OR Associate's degree and 6 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience
• Good working knowledge of Office 365 (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams)
• Experience with SAP, Ariba, or Smartsheet
• Basic Salesforce navigation skills
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and take full ownership of assigned tasks
• Fast learner with the ability to learn and apply workflows to automate repeatable tasks

Desired skills:

• Experience with contracts and/or invoicing
• Ability to create documentation for team processes
• Negotiation and relationship management skills

Pay range: Up to $39.17 per Hour
