SAP Fieldglass System CoordinatorThe SAP Fieldglass System Coordinator (Contract) provides hands-on operational and administrative support for the SAP Fieldglass Vendor Management System (VMS), ensuring continuity of system operations during a period of program expansion. This role is designed to augment the current system administration function, enabling the primary Fieldglass administrator to focus on strategic expansion activities.
The coordinator serves as a secondary point of contact for system-related inquiries, configuration support, testing coordination, and issue resolution. This role is accountable for maintaining day-to-day system stability, supporting business users, and executing operational tasks in alignment with established processes and controls.
Working closely with HR, IT, Procurement, Finance, and business stakeholders, the coordinator supports system configuration updates, data integrity, reporting, and user support activities. The role will also contribute to process documentation and knowledge transfer to ensure scalable and sustainable operations.
This is a short-term, execution-focused role with an emphasis on operational continuity, responsiveness, and accuracy. Success in this position will be measured by the ability to effectively absorb administrative workload, maintain service levels, and enable the broader Fieldglass expansion initiative without disruption to current operations.
System Configuration and Maintenance
- Provide day‐to‐day administration of the SAP Fieldglass system, including user access, configuration changes, and system setup aligned with approved business requirements
- Support system testing activities related to enhancements, integrations, and process changes
- Triage, track, and coordinate resolution of system incidents and service requests, working closely with HRIS and IT partners as needed
- Monitor system functionality to ensure stability, data accuracy, and compliance with established controls and processes
- Prepare, analyze, and execute integration data uploads, ensuring data accuracy and successful system processing
Process Documentation and Enhancements
- Document system processes, configuration changes, and operational procedures
- Maintain job aids, reference guides, and process documentation to support user adoption and knowledge transfer
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Perform data validation and analysis to support operational reporting and business decision‐making
- Generate and maintain standard and ad‐hoc reports related to contingent labor, vendors, assignments, and system usage
- Partner with stakeholders to clarify reporting requirements and ensure data outputs are timely and accurate
Scope:
The SAP Fieldglass System Coordinator (Contract) is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration and operational stability of the SAP Fieldglass Vendor Management System (VMS). This role is critical in maintaining continuity of system operations while enabling the primary system administrator to focus on the Fieldglass expansion initiative.
Working under the direction of the Sr. HRIS Manager, the coordinator provides hands-on support across system configuration, issue resolution, reporting, and user support activities. The role partners closely with HR, IT, Procurement, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure consistent execution of established processes and timely resolution of operational needs.
The ideal candidate should have a background in SAP Fieldglass and systems thinking.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting configuration updates, including approval workflows and system settings, in alignment with defined business rules
- Assisting with monitoring integrations and data flows to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Producing and maintaining operational and ad hoc reporting from SAP Fieldglass
- Coordinating and supporting system testing activities related to enhancements and fixes
- Managing and tracking incidents, service requests, and user inquiries to resolution
- Supporting process documentation and knowledge transfer to maintain operational consistency
- Collaborating with internal teams and SAP Fieldglass support resources (e.g., CSM, technical teams) as needed
This role is execution-focused and does not own long-term system design or strategy. Instead, it plays a key role in absorbing administrative workload, maintaining service levels, and ensuring uninterrupted operations during a period of organizational growth and system expansion.

The SAP Fieldglass System Administrator is expected to tackle complex problems that require in-depth analysis and creative solutions. This includes analyzing current business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and developing sustainable improvements. The role involves anticipating challenges that may impact the business and proactively addressing them. The administrator must be adept at handling ambiguous data, conducting thorough research, and making informed decisions to enhance system performance and user experience.

While this role does not include direct people management, it requires strong coordination and influencing skills to support cross-functional alignment. The coordinator works closely with stakeholders across HRIS, IT, Procurement, and Finance to facilitate execution, manage priorities, and ensure timely follow-through on operational needs. Effective collaboration, clear communication, and responsiveness are essential to maintaining momentum and supporting expansion objectives.

- 4-year degree in related field, preferably in a business or technical discipline
- Proficient in SAP Fieldglass Contingent Labor, SOW, and Worker Tracking Modules
- At least 2 years of relevant system administration experience
- Ability to complete end to end testing, documentation and gap analysis and change management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in O365 Microsoft products (i.e. Word, Teams, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work with minimal oversight
- Detail oriented and critical thinker
- Ability to be flexible and willing to learn new skill sets quickly as the need arises
- Effectiveness in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
