This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing Network Operations Center team while remaining hands-on with critical systems and infrastructure.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in Network Operations Center (NOC), Systems Administration, or Infrastructure Operations environments
  • 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring technical teams
  • Strong experience with Red Hat Linux administration and troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting Windows Server environments
  • Knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routing, and switching
  • Experience with infrastructure monitoring and alerting platforms
  • Strong incident management and escalation handling skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Exposure to automation tools such as Ansible, PowerShell, or Bash scripting
  • Experience with virtualization technologies including VMware
  • ITIL certification or familiarity with IT service management processes
  • Previous experience in a managed services or enterprise operations environment
  • Security and compliance experience
