MDM Admin/Developer

Role Overview
The role leads the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions within a healthcare data environment. It focuses on Informatica MDM, ETL, cloud platforms, and data governance to deliver high-quality golden records and unified reporting across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain MDM application layers, including ETL processes, metadata loads, and enhancements
Define and own MDM architecture, including match/merge rules, survivorship, hierarchies, workflows, and data hub design
Lead MDM project execution across the lifecycle, including sprint planning, task coordination, and deployment monitoring
Perform logical and physical data modeling for MDM databases and optimize landing, base, and cross-reference tables
Lead modernization and migration from on-prem Informatica MDM to cloud-based MDM/IDMC solutions
Integrate MDM solutions with cloud platforms (e.g., OCI) and cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake)
Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and integration teams to deliver high-quality master data domains
Apply AI-driven techniques to improve data quality, matching, mastering, and metadata enrichment
