Role Descriptions: Key Qualifications Communication Skills Exceptional written and oral communication abilities are essential.
The candidate must be able to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
Interpersonal Skills Strong interpersonal skills are required to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Flexible Schedule The candidate must be able to work flexible hours| including weeknights and weekends.
There is no planned overtime expected| only a flexible schedule to accommodate weeknight and weekend production deployments.
Technical Aptitude Ability to quickly learn new applications and technologies for production support and validation testing.
Database Skills Proficiency in SQL| Dremio| and Snowflake is necessary.
The candidate should be familiar with reading and analyzing data| as well as understanding database structures.
Coding Experience Some coding experience is a plus| but not required| as it will enhance the candidates ability to contribute to various technical tasks.
System Architecture Understanding A solid understanding of system architecture is warranted for analyzing and improving existing systems.
