Summary

Job/Role Description

We are seeking a strong Business Analyst with AI experience, requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement within the clinical domain. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in analyzing and translating business needs into BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, while collaborating closely with development, QA/UAT, and project management teams to ensure successful delivery. Individual contributor partner with Product Manager, Business Lead, AI Leads, and Data Lead to define AI use cases, including problem framing, success criteria, and measurable outcomes.

  • Translate business needs into AI-ready requirements, including Input data expectations, Model outputs (predictions, insights, recommendations) and User interaction patterns (e.g., workflows, prompts, dashboards)
  • Act as the primary bridge between "what's needed" (business) and "what's possible" (technical) to ensure stakeholder alignment; Leads requirements refinement, including current/future state analysis, requirements documentation, prioritization, feasibility alignment and stakeholder alignment

Skills / Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Clinical Systems Support, or Clinical Operations Technology with AI experience must; Experience working for pharmaceutical or related company in development
  • Must understand GXP system validation process and familiar with AWS environments; Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and process flows; Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills; Experience working within Tier 1, 2, and 3 support models
  • Understand GXP system validation process, knowledge of Clinical operations processes and GxP / regulatory environments is preferred; Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Prior experience in working on Agile/Scrum projects with exposure to tools like Jira/Azure DevOps; Provides regular updates, proactive and due diligent to carry out responsibilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; Must be able to quickly learn to use new systems; Ability to self-motivate and work independently; Provides proactive status updates
  • Communicate effectively with internal and customer stakeholders; Communication approach: verbal, emails and instant messages; Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships with team members; Provide constructive feedback during code reviews and be open to receiving feedback on your own code; Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking; Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently

Secondary Skills / Good to have

  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (e.g., model outputs, evaluation, prompt-based systems, agent workflows); Experience supporting AI/analytics use cases or data products; Experience working with iterative/experimental delivery models (0 1 prototyping); Basic SQL, Python skills for data analysis and verification

The role is expected to drive alignment between stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers, ensuring that all solutions meet business objectives, comply with industry standards, and are delivered on time with high quality.
