Job Title: Principal UX Strategist (AI Ecosystems).

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Principal UX Strategist to architect our next generation AI driven customer ecosystem In this role you will move beyond traditional interface design to create a seamless living experience where Agentic AI and human intelligence work in harmony.
Your primary focus will be the transformation of our Contact Center Application into a proactive engagement hub while ensuring this intelligence is integrated holistically across the entire customer journey. You will bridge the gap between high level business goals like Customer Lifetime Value and the technical realities of Data Science and AI.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Service Orchestration Design Service Blueprints that map the handoffs between autonomous AI agents and human representatives ensuring zero loss of context
Agentic Workflow Design Define how AI acts on behalf of users eg proactive problem resolution automated workflows while maintaining transparency and trust
Unified Journey Mapping Architect a connective tissue across all touchpoints ensuring the AI remembers user intent as they move from the product to the contact center,
Empathetic Interface Strategy Design dashboards that provide real time sentiment analysis and suggested actions without causing cognitive overload for human agents.
Cross Functional Leadership Facilitate alignment workshops between Engineering Data Science and Marketing to ensure a consistent AI brand voice and logic.
Ethical AI Governance Establish UX patterns for managing AI hallucinations data privacy and clear escalation paths to human support.
Required Skills Qualifications:
Experience: 8 - 12 years in UX Strategy Service Design or Product Design with at least 2 years specifically focused on AIML or Conversational UI.
Systems Thinking Proven ability to design complex multiplatform ecosystems rather than isolated features
Technical Fluency A deep understanding of LLM capabilities predictive modeling and how model performance latency accuracy impacts user behaviour
Business Acumen Ability to link design decisions to executive KPIs such as Customer Lifetime Value CLV CSAT and operational efficiency.
Tooling Mastery of Figma for prototyping and Miro for ecosystem mapping and service blueprinting
