Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Define the execution approach for the exercise

• Develop TxDOT Data management organization''s customer engagement strategy

• Assist in the definition of TxDOT Data Management organization structure

• Assist in the development of detailed execution plans along with costing

• Assist in the Technology selection process

• Anticipate bottlenecks, balance the business needs versus technical constraints and provide escalation management.

• Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple groups with competing priorities.

• Use organizational, presentation, and customer service skills to get buy in from the business.

Minimum Requirements: Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity.
Years	Required/Preferred	Experience
10	Required	Experience with Enterprise Data Management architecture.
10	Required	Experience with solution development.
10	Required	Ability to architect and implement solutions based on emerging technologies and technical landscape.
1	Preferred	Working on state/local agencies.
