IT Service Desk Lead 1. 10+ years of experience as an IT Engineer or similar role as a subject matter expert a. Provided Tier 2 / Tier 3 support for Windows Desktop/Server, macOS, and Linux server environments b. Support of Microsoft 365 services (Hybrid AD w/ Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) c. Strong knowledge of networking security principles (VPN, cloud connections, SDWAN, and VoiP) d. Built and supported on-prem server hardware and virtualization (Hyper-V) e. Familiarity with DevOps, automation, or monitoring tools f. Disaster recovery planning, implementation, documentation, and testing g. Implement and support endpoint security solutions (Wi-Fi, Entra ID, Intune) h. Cloud administration experience (AWS and Azure) to include VMs, security, Storage, Saas, SQL and Networking i. Proven networking topology design, administration and troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, and SDWAN

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Mdxhealth is a molecular diagnostics company - They deliver test results related to urology/oncology, supported heavily by their Laboratory Information System (LIS). Their product is data - and the LIS is central to revenue. Regulated industry- They operate in healthcare diagnostics audited, validated systems, tight change control. Candidates must be comfortable with documentation, quality gates, traceability, and multi-step approval workflows.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $90.00/hr.
