Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Analytics Lead – Growth Analytics / Data Scientist to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and engagement through advanced analytics, experimentation, and applied AI. This is a senior, hands-on role that partners closely with Marketing, Retail Sales, and Business leadership to deliver actionable analytics solutions for lead generation, personalization, and omni-channel sales enablement.
This is not a reporting-only role. You will own analytics initiatives end-to-end — from problem framing and model development to deployment, measurement, and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Marketing, Retail Sales, and Business leaders to identify growth opportunities and define omni-channel analytics needs
Design and implement analytics solutions supporting lead generation, personalization, and campaign performance measurement
Apply advanced analytics, experimentation, and AI/ML techniques to drive customer acquisition and engagement strategies
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks for growth and sales enablement initiatives
Define KPIs, forecasting models, and performance measurement frameworks to evaluate program success
Conduct experimentation and A/B testing to validate strategies and optimize outcomes
Translate business questions into analytical approaches and actionable insights
Drive roadmap recommendations based on data insights and trend analysis
Deliver end-to-end analytics solutions including reporting, lead analytics, and backlog prioritization
Mentor analysts and promote a data-driven culture across business teams
Present insights and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders
Required Skills
Strong hands-on expertise in:
SQL
Python (pandas, NumPy)
Power BI or Tableau
Experience in data modeling, data preparation, and large-scale data analysis
Practical experience applying AI/ML models to business problems
Experience designing KPIs, forecasting, and performance measurement frameworks
Hands-on experience running experiments and A/B tests
Strong analytical reasoning and structured problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Ability to work independently while collaborating across functions
Working knowledge of banking data, systems, and processes
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, Econometrics, or related discipline)
5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics or Data Science roles
Proven experience working directly with Marketing and/or Sales leaders
Experience supporting Consumer or SMB growth initiatives
Banking or Financial Services industry experience (Retail or Commercial)
Demonstrated ability to influence business decisions through analytics

Minimum 5 years in analytics/data science roles
Track record of driving decisions, not just reporting metrics

Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline
Personalization or recommendation model experience
