Network/IT Admin

Job Location: Austin, TX- On-site position, 5 days

Contract: 9+ Months (Possible extension)

Description:

• Provide day-to-day technical support to local and remote employees for hardware and software issues on their laptops and mobile devices . Windows and MAC, Iphone & Android.
• Assist in various IT functions such as hardware and software inventory and rolling out new systems to end users/groups . Maintains passwords, data integrity and file system security for the desktop environment.  Manage asset management, inventory management and shipping and receipt of hardware.
• Assists in maintenance of network equipment, phones, and teleconference equipment. 
• Assists in the support of the computer room and data center operations arena .
• Excellent written and spoken English 
• Fully proficient with the Windows and MacOS operating systems 
• Experience with supporting the Microsoft Office Suite. Extensive experience with Excel, OneNote, OneDrive and SharePoint.
• Thorough understanding of pc computer hardware and efficient troubleshooting techniques.
• Documentation skills for creating instruction and documenting troubleshooting techniques and solutions for others to follow.
• Ability to communicate highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel 
• High level of accountability and ability to perform detailed and technical initiatives from start to finish with minimal supervision 
• Organization skills required.
