Job Title: Product Operations Manager
Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)
 
Job Summary:

• We are supporting a highly collaborative opportunity for a professional who can help improve processes, tools, and operational execution across product creation workstreams. Our team is seeking someone who can bring structure, clear communication, and strong coordination to cross-functional initiatives that support business excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to improve processes, tools, and operational effectiveness.
• Support calendar maintenance, reporting, and communication of key updates across relevant workstreams.
• Help define, implement, document, and socialize new and existing procedures, systems, and best practices.
• Build detailed project plans and help drive execution across scope, resources, timeline, quality, and risk.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
• Footwear or apparel product management or product creation experience is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in Product Management, Project Management, Operations, or Strategy.
• Understanding of and/or operational experience with product creation, ideally within Client.
• Proficiency in building collaborative tools and processes, with experience in Miro, Smartsheets, AirTable, and/or other project management software tools.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment.
• Proficiency in Apple and Microsoft Suites, including Keynote, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel with formulas, pivot tables, and lookups.
