We are looking for a technically strong Salesforce Operations Engineer to support Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) enablement, licensing transparency, and cross-organizational Salesforce platform operations. The ideal candidate will have strong coding skills, a solid understanding of Salesforce, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple organizations. This role focuses on Salesforce platform enablement, operational improvements, licensing visibility, and technical problem-solving rather than exclusively on day-to-day Salesforce development.

• Support Center of Excellence (COE) enablement initiatives and Salesforce platform governance.
• Contribute to Salesforce Nexus licensing initiatives and improve licensing transparency.

• Write and modify code to implement specific functions and resolve technical challenges.
• Provide timely technical guidance and respond to stakeholder inquiries.
• Support platform-level initiatives, process improvements, documentation, and operational enablement.
• Work on cross-functional Salesforce initiatives that may involve activities beyond hands-on platform development.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Strong coding and programming skills, with the ability to understand existing code quickly.
• Ability to write code efficiently to implement specific functionality.
• Good understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and technical concepts.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to respond to technical questions and explain solutions clearly.
• Willingness to work on Salesforce platform operations, governance, enablement, and licensing-related initiatives.
