Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement new application features and services for identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
• Enhance, maintain, and resolve defects in existing IAM-related applications and workflows.
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC, from technical design through deployment.
• Write and execute comprehensive unit and integration tests using tools such as Postman, SOAP UI, JUnit.
• Build and consume REST/SOAP web services and integrate with SaaS solutions via APIs.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to IAM applications.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of enterprise IAM solutions and workflows.
• Ensure IAM controls are embedded effectively into application architectures.
• Advocate and implement secure authentication, authorization, and provisioning practices.
• Partner with security and risk teams to identify and mitigate access-related risks.

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on IT/application development experience.
• UI development experience, preferably with Angular.
• Strong skills working with JSON, XML, and related schema/validation tools.
• Proficiency using Postman for API development and testing.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, jQuery.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, and scripting with PowerShell.
• Experience with tools and platforms like GitHub, Maven, JBoss.
• Ability to develop, consume, and troubleshoot web services.
• Experience with databases (e.g., DB2, Oracle, SQL Server).
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments.
• Ability to provide application support, including after-hours on-call rotation.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work independently or in teams.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Preferred experience with IAM components such as identity lifecycle management, access governance, and authentication standards (Kerberos, SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, XACML), provisioning protocols (SCIM, SPML), and security practices like MFA and SSO.
• Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID development or integration.
