Our client is looking for Java Fullstack Lead Developer in Boston, MA or Lake Mary, FL (Hybrid, 3-4 days onsite per week)

Location: Boston, MA or Lake Mary, FL (Hybrid, 3-4 days onsite per week)

Duration: Long term

Job Description:

Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 10+ years of experience.
8+ years of hands-on Java development experience (Java 21+ preferred).
Strong experience with Spring Boot and RESTful microservices.
Frontend development expertise with Angular 19+ and RxJS.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Windsurf.
Hands-on experience with Docker and cloud-native environments.
Strong knowledge of Kafka, MQ, and event-driven architectures.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
Proficiency with Git and Agile methodologies.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audience.
