Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Developer with 10+ years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications using the Microsoft technology stack. The ideal candidate will have deep architectural knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering scalable, high-performance solutions in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using .NET Core / .NET 6+/8, C#, and ASP.NET MVC/Web API
Lead architecture and design discussions, translating business requirements into technical solutions
Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures
Work extensively with SQL Server (stored procedures, performance tuning, query optimization)
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
Design and deploy solutions on Azure cloud (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, Azure SQL)
Apply design patterns and best practices (SOLID, Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design)
Mentor junior/mid-level developers and conduct code reviews
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product, Business Analysts) in Agile/Scrum environments
Ensure application security, performance, and scalability standards are met
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, providing root cause analysis
Participate in technical planning, estimation, and sprint ceremonies

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of professional experience in .NET application development
Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6/7/8, ASP.NET MVC, Web API
Proficiency in front-end technologies: Angular or React (working knowledge)
Strong experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework/EF Core, LINQ
Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Solid understanding of Azure (or AWS) cloud services and deployment
Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
Strong knowledge of design patterns, OOP principles, and software architecture
Experience with unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest) and TDD practices
Familiarity with message queuing systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
