We’re Hiring: Databricks Engineer

Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite)
Employment: W2 Only

Looking for a Databricks expert who thrives on managing platforms and enabling teams rather than just building pipelines. If you’re Databricks certified (preferred) and have strong hands-on experience with workspace and cluster management — this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do:
Manage and optimize Databricks environments
Ensure platform performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
Support engineering teams with best practices
Handle security, governance, and access control
Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues

What We’re Looking For:
Strong Databricks administration experience
Certification in Databricks (preferred)
Experience with AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform
Expertise in cluster management & performance tuning
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
