Position: Full Stack Developer
Location: MA (Hybrid)
Duration: Long Term

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise across both backend (Java/J2EE) and frontend technologies. The role involves end-to-end development of scalable, high-performance web applications.

Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Build RESTful services and responsive UI components
Perform unit testing and support deployments & production issues

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience in Java/J2EE web application development
Core Java, Spring, Spring MVC, Hibernate/MyBatis
REST APIs, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSP, Angular
SQL databases, performance tuning
App servers: Tomcat, JBoss, Apache
Strong understanding of web security and cross-browser compatibility

Preferred:

Insurance domain experience (P&C)
Performance and scalability optimization experience
