Job Description

Visa Technology & Operations LLC, a Visa Inc. company, needs a Technical Program Manager (multiple openings) in Foster City, CA to:

• Responsible for supporting Network Processing reporting, including various management reports/dashboard with standard cadence and all required data analysis.
• Interacts with many cross-functional stakeholders, including various Technology teams, Finance, and many business function leads.
• Delivers project and program reporting, create summaries and overviews of investments, and review content / insights from stakeholders' status commentary to ensure content quality for executive-level program/project reporting.
• Integrates reporting with day-to-day governance practice to drive compliance.
• Develops KPIs, dashboards, and other program health tracking to provide visibility to key stakeholders on projects and programs.
• Extracts, combines, and transforms raw data from various source systems to present meaningful insights for management decision.
• Position reports to the Foster City, California office and may allow for partial telecommuting.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Master's in Business Analytics, Project Management, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Technical Program Manager-related occupation.
• Position requires experience in the following skills:

1. Python;

2. Tableau;

3. Data Analytics;

4. Excel;

5. Project Management;

6. SQL;

7. PowerBI;

8. Jira;

9. PowerPoint;

10. Waterfall and Agile SDLC

Additional Information

Worksite: Foster City, CA

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Travel Requirements: This position does not require travel.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is $133,952.00 USD to $206,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
