Engineering Program Coordinator III Hardware & Supply Chain

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Program Coordinator III to support hardware product development initiatives. This role will partner closely with Technical Program Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely hardware delivery, procurement coordination, and logistics execution.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in consumer electronics hardware programs, vendor management (domestic & international), and supply chain coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Technical Program Managers to support hardware delivery timelines

• Collect allocation requests and manage distribution logistics

• Support budget tracking, forecasting, and financial coordination

• Manage procurement processes and track Purchase Orders (POs)

• Coordinate with domestic and international vendors

• Partner with Logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient shipping

• Maintain and manage complex spreadsheets and tracking tools

• Coordinate across cross-functional teams operating in multiple time zones

• Ensure documentation accuracy and process alignment

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Program Specialist, Program Coordinator, or similar role

• Experience in consumer electronics or hardware development environments

• Strong vendor management experience (domestic & international)

• Experience managing procurement, logistics, and PO tracking

• Advanced skills in spreadsheets and accounting/financial tracking tools

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
