Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Program Coordinator III to support hardware product development initiatives. This role will partner closely with Technical Program Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely hardware delivery, procurement coordination, and logistics execution.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in consumer electronics hardware programs, vendor management (domestic & international), and supply chain coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Technical Program Managers to support hardware delivery timelines
Collect allocation requests and manage distribution logistics
Support budget tracking, forecasting, and financial coordination
Manage procurement processes and track Purchase Orders (POs)
Coordinate with domestic and international vendors
Partner with Logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient shipping
Maintain and manage complex spreadsheets and tracking tools
Coordinate across cross-functional teams operating in multiple time zones
Ensure documentation accuracy and process alignment
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as an Engineering Program Specialist, Program Coordinator, or similar role
Experience in consumer electronics or hardware development environments
Strong vendor management experience (domestic & international)
Experience managing procurement, logistics, and PO tracking
Advanced skills in spreadsheets and accounting/financial tracking tools
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and evolving requirements
Strong interpersonal and team communication skills
