Detailed Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Google Cloud Platform Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure and data platforms on Google Cloud Platform. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Google Cloud Platform, Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD, cloud security, networking, and Python.
Responsibilities
· Design and deliver Google Cloud Platform workloads using GKE, Compute Engine, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Spanner, and Pub/Sub.
· Build infrastructure using Terraform and implement CI/CD with Cloud Build.
· Develop Git-based deployment workflows with environment promotion and guardrails.
· Implement IAM, KMS, Secret Manager, VPC Service Controls, and security policies.
· Design Google Cloud Platform networking including VPCs, subnets, Cloud NAT, load balancing, and Private Service Connect.
· Establish monitoring, logging, alerting, and SRE practices.
· Develop data pipelines using BigQuery, Dataflow/Beam, Composer/Airflow, and Dataproc.
· Automate cloud operations using Python, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, and APIs.
