Title: Automation QA Analyst
Location: Wilmington, Delaware - Hybrid
Schedule: 4 days onsite


Contract Length: 7 +months

Position Overview

The QA Analyst will perform both automated and manual testing within an established QA organization supporting approximately 12 Agile teams and 73 applications. The individual will participate across the QA lifecycle, including test planning, documentation, execution, automation, reporting, and QA sign-off prior to production releases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute automated tests using Selenium and C#.
  1. Create, maintain, and execute manual test cases in Zephyr.
  1. Perform functional, regression, end-to-end, and API testing as required.
  1. Test authentication, authorization, and other functionality associated with the M&A portal/dashboard.
  1. Develop QA documentation, test strategies, test plans, and test reporting.
  1. Participate in the established SDLC and QA sign-off process.
  1. Support production release validation, including occasional evening validation.
  1. Work effectively with Agile delivery, technology, and product stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of relevant QA/testing experience.
  1. Strong automation testing experience.
  1. Hands-on Selenium automation experience.
  1. Experience with C# for test automation.
  1. Strong understanding of QA processes and the overall SDLC.
  1. Ability and willingness to perform both manual and automated testing.
  1. Experience creating and documenting test cases.
  1. Strong communication skills.
  1. Bachelor's degree.
  1. Ability to work onsite in Wilmington 4 days per week.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Banking or financial services experience.
  1. Zephyr experience, including familiarity with Jira/Zephyr integration.
  1. ISTQB certification.
  1. Computer Science educational background; master's degree is a plus.
