ERP Business Analyst

Description

We are looking for a skilled ERP Business Analyst to join our team in Mentor, Ohio. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing, optimizing, and supporting enterprise resource planning systems and related processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, a process-oriented mindset, and experience in financial operations.

Responsibilities:
Analyze and assess current ERP systems to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and automate processes.
Support accounts receivable, accounts payable, product costing, and financial reporting activities.
Document system requirements and create detailed workflows to enhance organizational processes.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP system users.
Lead or assist in ERP system upgrades, implementations, and migrations.
Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
Utilize programming skills with Microsoft or Oracle databases to support system enhancements.
Conduct training sessions for users to improve proficiency with ERP tools.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies within the ERP system to ensure accuracy.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP systems and business analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong analytical skills.
Familiarity with accounts receivable, accounts payable, product costing, and financial reporting.
Demonstrated ability to document processes and communicate effectively with teams.
Experience with ERP implementation or knowledge of ERP Cloud systems.
Programming knowledge of Microsoft or Oracle databases is preferred.
Proven organizational skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
