Required Skills:

Sr. MDM Engineer Lead with specific experience in Semarchy (ideally with Financial Services/Asset Management clients), who has experience leading a small team, and is very hands-on.

Strong communication and analytical/problem-solving skills, including experience interacting with businesspeople.
Experience with Semarchy is a must, and ideally also ETL/ELT, Data Modeling, Snowflake, DBT/Fivetran, Azure Data Factory (ADF), MuleSoft/Jittterbit or similar technologies.
