Summary

Role: Java Full Stack Developer

Location: Wilmington, DE (Onsite)

Duration: Long term
Rate: $55/hr on W2

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java and modern frontend frameworks
Build and deploy RESTful APIs using Spring Boot / Microservices architecture
Develop responsive UI using React / Angular / JavaScript / HTML / CSS
Work with databases like Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL
Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning
Integrate applications with third-party services and APIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Business)
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

Required Skills

Strong experience in Java, J2EE
Hands-on with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate
Frontend experience in js or Angular
Good knowledge of REST APIs & Microservices
Experience with SQL / PL-SQL
Familiarity with Git, Maven, Jenkins
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
Basic exposure to Cloud (AWS/Azure)

Preferred Skills

Experience in Banking / Financial domain
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes
Experience with Kafka / messaging systems
Exposure to security practices (OAuth, JWT)

Soft Skills

Strong communication skills
Ability to work in (TPA) Third Party Agency /Vendor environment
Team collaboration and problem-solving mindset

Nice to Have

Prior experience working with clients like JPMorgan / Capital One / Bank of America
Experience in production support & incident management
