Summary

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP BO/DS Consultant with strong expertise in development, design, and implementation of BusinessObjects (BO), and Data Services (DS) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable data models, ETL processes, and reporting solutions to support business intelligence and analytics needs. Key Responsibilities

Develop ETL processes using SAP Data Services (DS) for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
Build, customize, and optimize reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions using SAP BO (WebI, Crystal Reports, Lumira, Analysis for Office, etc.).
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver end-to-end BI solutions.
Optimize data models, queries, and reports for performance improvements.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data loads, transformations, and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional, basis, ABAP, HANA, etc.) to ensure seamless integration.
Provide technical guidance and best practices for BI development.

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience in SAP BO and DS development.
Strong knowledge of ETL design, data modeling, and data warehouse concepts.
Experience with SAP Data Services (data extraction, transformation, and integration).
Proficiency in SAP BO tools Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, Dashboards, Lumira, and Analysis for Office.
Good understanding of BO/4HANA (added advantage).
Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning expertise.
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to SAP HANA Native Modeling.
Experience in working within Agile/DevOps environments.
SAP certification(s) in BO, or DS will be a plus.
